TURN UP CARE Limited provides person-centred support services in Gloucester, enabling people to live as independently as possible. Underpinning our success is our belief that everyone has the right to an active and fulfilling life.
We support people with a range of needs, from those who need little support to people who require round-the-clock, specialist support.
We are now looking for a Care Coordinator to join our small, friendly team in the Gloucester office and provide support to the Manager/Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, greeting visitors and dealing with queries both internal and external
- Maintaining diaries and coordinating meeting schedules with staff
- Daily provisioning of care by compiling work schedules and rotas
- Assisting the Manager with reviews / updates of Care Plans
- Supporting the Manager with recruitment, induction, and supervision of staff
- To compile and submit reports as required by the Manager
- To support the Manager to effectively monitor, schedule and deliver staff training
- Assisting the Manager in dealing with complaints, compliments and suggestions.
- To bring to the attention of the Manager any issues that affect or may affect the delivery of quality services including staff conduct and any safeguarding issues
- To ensure compliance with all Regulatory Standards
What You Will Need:
- A minimum of 2 years' strong administrative experience
- Good standard of general education
- Excellent standard of communication both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Full UK Driving License (preferrable)

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
