We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Manager, AML/Prevention/KYC to join our Sanctions Screening Operations team.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage a large team of people responsible for reviewing and investigating sanctions alerts
- Serves as the escalation point for issues regarding more complex alerts or investigations
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Experience in Sanctions Screening
- Experience in an operations team
- Experience using FircoSoft scanning tool a plus
- Experience managing a team of people
