Description
As our Communications Assistant, you have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our students through:

  • Successfully supporting the implementation a brand-new intranet platform across The Bedford College Group.
  • Fully utilising internal systems and resources to produce weekly and termly all staff news round ups, strategic updates and important messages to all staff across the Group (currently we use Poppulo) and external stakeholders alike.
  • Working closely with the Corporate Communications Manager on external communication activities aimed at raising the Groups profile alongside other key business objectives and initiatives.
  • Assisting in measuring effectiveness of our campaigns, measuring analytics and carrying out evaluation activities to measure effectiveness in achieving communications targets and KPIs.
  • Relevant Level 3 Qualifications (i.e. A-Level or BTEC)
  • Good standard of general education

Contract Type - Bedford College Professional Services

  • 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year
  • 27 days per annum (plus public holidays), pro rata for parttime
