Responsibilities:
- Daily order loading and quote activities.
- Supporting the sales teams in providing excellent service.
- Prioritising own tasks to ensure agreed deadline and service level agreements are achieved.
- Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.
