About the Job
We are looking for bank staff to cover holidays and sickness, could also lead to being part of our team
The job is to look after my son with a learning disability in his own home, he can display challenging behaviour and has epilepsy. He is 40 years old, very active, likes to go out everyday and some night on his planned activities.
staff will be trained to our sons needs by family or long time staff already with us.
No experience is needed as we train staff.
Clear English in needed do to his behaviour
must be healthy and active very important
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment.
- Report any changes in client condition to the family
- Document any activity that occurs in the home during the shift.
- Attend client meetings and training as required by the family
Skills
- Proven experience as a care worker or relevant position
- Indepth knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines (e.g., Workers' Compensation) preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- A cando attitude and a handson approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills

Salary:
£10.42-£14.00 per hour
