The role
Part time 16 hours a week
1:6 Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00
Key accountabilities
Dealing with a busy switchboard and arranging call backs. Scheduling appointments and entering lab results into the client's files. Taking payments. Ensure the consult rooms are fully stocked Administration duties and cleaning of the reception area.
Skills and experience
Essential Attributes:
Reception, administration and customer service experience, presentable, empathetic - able to deal with upset clients, good telephone skills and manner, engaging manner with clients and staff, good spoken English, computer literate, organised, Animal lover.
Desirable Attributes:
Good written English, extroverted and outgoing, able to solve problems, mediation ability, sales experience, able to work under pressure, knowledge of first aid (helpful but not essential as training can be offered)
