Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join us in our London office, located next to Farringdon Station. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving business in the heart of the city.

We can offer you a welcoming environment to work in, a strong learning culture, and the opportunity to play an important role in our functional support teams that support a group of 2000+ talented engineers, planners and scientists nationwide.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the technical teams.

Working within a small group, you will be involved in the production and collation of technical reports and documents prepared by our teams and directors.


You will be involved in extensive and proactive diary management including arranging and managing appointments, lunches, travel and accommodation and producing itineraries and other documents as required.


A key part of your role will be at the forefront of our client experiences which includes responsibility for maintaining and enhancing our professional front of house service.

You will be one of the first points of contact for telephone enquiries and for welcoming visitors to the office so you will need to be comfortable with dealing with both external and internal clients.


About You:

You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong skills in Microsoft Office. You will have strong communication and organisational skills.

You will have a high degree of self-management, initiative, reliability and flexibility to ensure that the best possible service is given to internal and external clients.
