We are looking for a motivated and organised Account Coordinator to be first point of contact for all our customers.

The ability to understand customer needs is a must, as well as the drive to help us meet targets and maximise profits through upselling our services to customers.

JOB PURPOSE


First point of contact for internal and external customers via all access channels in order to facilitate advert placement, understand customer needs and to upsell products and services to maximise revenue from inbound sales.

Responsible for advert publication of a large high profile customer base.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


The post-holder may be required to fulfil any combination of the duties and responsibilities outlined below to meet 's operational requirements.


Sales and Customer Service
Work with all customers to best understand their needs and identify opportunities to upsell products and services to help achieve customer goals and maximise revenues

  • Write proposals to meet customer needs and budget, clearly identifying price, terms, and conditions to cater for all client groups across product range.
  • Make recommendations to client on type of enhanced advert
  • Work to meet and exceed enhanced revenue target set by Director and Operations manager,
  • Report performance on enhanced product activity on a daily basis, including advert volumes and customer activity
  • Maximise coverage of homepage buttons
  • Work towards enhanced advert publication target on a monthly basis
  • Promote new products, offers and incentives to account group
  • Fulfil needs of internal and external clients in order to ensure placement of adverts, enhanced products and delivery of campaigns
  • Review Advert Performance Report on a weekly basis, and make recommendations to client to boost click through rate of advert
  • Acknowledge customer amendments completed to client
  • Build longstanding customer relationships through excellent service and sales provision

Order Processing and Administration

  • Responsible for processing all incoming orders from customers via all access channels
  • Responsible for communicating all routine matters relating to the facilitation of advert placement with the customer
  • Ensure that orders received are in the correct format for and that policies and procedures are adhered to and guide/advise the customer where required
  • Distribute, prioritise, and sort adverts for placement and amendments to inputters
  • Ensure adverts are placed within service level agreements, and to publication monthly target
  • Ensure all customer pricing information is correct and that the availability of enhanced products and services is checked, reserved, and recorded accurately for billing
  • Monitor "pending adverts report" to ensure customers using a web interface and selfsubmit are contacted and up sold to and any on hold items are resolved. Provide assistance to these customers as necessary.
  • Dealing with any advert queries raised by second stage inputters or advert designers, resolving any flagged issues which may prevent publication
  • Responsible for timely and accurate communication to designers regarding banners, buttons, and enhanced adverts
  • Maintain accurate bulk buy records and draw up bulk buy agreements on request of Account Executive, flagging agreements nearing an end for renewal
  • Accurate and timely creation of new accounts on systems and ensure account notes are clear and concise
  • Track website statistics using software such as Google analytics, CRM reporting and provision of statistics to client to inform decision making

Supervision of Inputting Staff

  • Provide coaching on quality issues to ensure high standard of advert on a monthly basis
  • Cascade account group credit note report issues to improve throughput to finance team
  • Undertake Account specific meetings with input staff
  • Evidence activity monthly to Operations Manager
  • Under direction of Operations Manager, shortlist, interview, recruit, and train inputters
  • Assist inputters with advertising discrimination issues

Financial Administration

  • Review annual subscriptions and bulk buys on a monthly basis
  • Maintain accurate records of Enhanced Product sales to enable reporting and billing
