Adecco are proud to be working exclusively with an expanding company who are seeking a

Compliance Officer

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 pro rata


Working days: 3 days per week flexibility on days between Monday to Friday


Working hours:9am to 5.30pm


Duration of contract:
Permanent


Location:
Southend


Duties:


  • Support in managing all data processing/sharing agreements
  • Ensure we have an accurate, complete and maintained data protection registration
  • Investigate compliance risks and issues and provide feedback, as necessary.
  • Conduct the audits and report on the auditing of compliance
  • Assist in the management and control of audit and review processes with either the underwriters or regulators
  • Keep up to date legislation
  • Maintain and update the Annual Compliance Framework

Skills:


  • Experience includes at least 3 years in a compliance role/ department
  • Compliance and monitoring experience within a regulated environment.
  • Able to read and analyse complex documents such as regulations
