Electrical Installation and Control Panel Supervisor

41,000 + overtime (OTE ~45000)


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Installation and Control Panel Supervisor to join our client's growing team.


In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful assembly and installation of electrical and pneumatic systems for a global leader in the logistics sector.


You will oversee a team of ten technicians, providing them with leadership, guidance, and training to deliver exceptional results for our top-tier clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of up to ten electrical and pneumatic technicians in the assembly and installation of complex systems
  • Oversee electrical wiring, ensuring strict adherence to engineering drawings and project specifications
  • Gather and compile accurate and comprehensive information for project planning and execution
  • Provide technical support to engineers, working collaboratively to achieve optimal solutions
  • Manage health and safety reporting, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain the highest standards of workmanship
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skillset and knowledge of your team
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and mentoring technicians

Qualifications:


  • A recognized electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ, BTEC or higher)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical installations and control panel supervision
  • Strong understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using relevant technical documentation and schematics
  • Commitment to health and safety regulations

Pay:
£39,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
