Signature is looking for a highly motivated and methodical individual to join our lettings team as a Lettings & Property Management Apprentice in our Tynemouth branch.

This will be a full-time position, with negotiable days.


During your time with Signature, you will not only receive your qualification at the end of your 12 months, but you will gain that desired hands-on experience with a reputable estate agent.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Competently dealing with leads and enquiries
  • Booking rental valuations, market appraisals and viewings.
  • Property inspections, inventories and end of tenancy inspections
  • Deposit handling and claims
  • Organising and resolving maintenance requests
  • Organising for property legislation and keeping properties compliant
  • Rent collection, account reconciliation, invoicing and arrears chasing
  • Maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring high customer service is carried out at all times

From £4.81 per hour

  • Tynemouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
