If so, then we are actively looking for an Office Coordinator to join a well-established and hugely successful International firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants based in London's financial hub - Canary Wharf.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in developing their career within property management and offers a rare chance to experience a wide breadth of different aspects of the job.

What are the responsibilities of this role?
- Coordinate and progress lettings deals to include booking of safety compliance certificates,
- Tenancy Agreements, obtaining references, booking thirdparty services and checking
- Producing a variety of correspondence and documents, in line with company policy and formatting, including, valuation and instruction letters, and property details.
- The placing and maintenance of advertisements through websites, office windows, and local and national press.
- Extensive diary management of the Sales team and the Lettings team.
- Arranging viewings of properties.
- Loading property particulars onto the inhouse system, ensuring information is current.
- Arranging photographers to attend properties, ensuring appropriate orders of photographs.
- General office administration including ordering of stationery, photocopying, filing, archiving, tidiness of office, franking machine management, opening and distribution of external post.
- Creating sales brochures and window cards online
- Managing the collection, tagging and maintenance of keys.
- Takes responsibility for the production and issue of office invoices
- Ad hoc administrative projects.
What is on offer?
- Annual salary up to £28,000 per annum
