Are you looking for a new opportunity within the London property market that offers great pay in addition to 9:00 am - 5:30 am (Monday to Friday) hours?


If so, then we are actively looking for an Office Coordinator to join a well-established and hugely successful International firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants based in London's financial hub - Canary Wharf.

This role will encompass standard office management duties and also elements of both Tenancy and Property Management.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in developing their career within property management and offers a rare chance to experience a wide breadth of different aspects of the job.

What are the responsibilities of this role?

  • Coordinate and progress lettings deals to include booking of safety compliance certificates,
  • Tenancy Agreements, obtaining references, booking thirdparty services and checking
- completion of deals, etc.

  • Producing a variety of correspondence and documents, in line with company policy and formatting, including, valuation and instruction letters, and property details.
  • The placing and maintenance of advertisements through websites, office windows, and local and national press.
  • Extensive diary management of the Sales team and the Lettings team.
  • Arranging viewings of properties.
  • Loading property particulars onto the inhouse system, ensuring information is current.
  • Arranging photographers to attend properties, ensuring appropriate orders of photographs.
  • General office administration including ordering of stationery, photocopying, filing, archiving, tidiness of office, franking machine management, opening and distribution of external post.
  • Creating sales brochures and window cards online
  • Managing the collection, tagging and maintenance of keys.
  • Takes responsibility for the production and issue of office invoices
  • Ad hoc administrative projects.

What is on offer?

  • Annual salary up to £28,000 per annum
