Our clients, a market-leading independent estate agency, are seeking an ambitious and professional Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Norwich team.

This role would suit a sales-focused individual who is looking to forge a long-term career in the property industry.

Working hours:

Monday-Friday
1 in 4 Saturdays

Our client is offering the successful Trainee Lettings Negotiator:

£20,000 Basic

- £23,000-£24,000 OTE (uncapped)

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

Matching ideal tenants to each property
Conducting viewings.
Managing a busy diary.
Completing registration and reference paperwork.
Negotiating and completing lets.

To be considered for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

Lettings experience ideal however not essential
Customer service experience
Careerminded approach
Full UK Driver's License and access to own car
Customerfocused
