Established in 2022, the 100x Impact Accelerator powered by the London School of Economics identifies, invests in, and accelerates the most promising social ventures (NGOs and social enterprises) with 'social unicorn' ambitions - creating impact on the scale of billions.

These social ventures are addressing the world's most pressing social problems, spanning health, climate change, social inequality, and more.

Based in the Marshall Institute at the London School of Economics and anchored with a £50 million philanthropic gift, 100x aims to leverage the data and knowledge within the LSE to identify critical gaps and levers within pressing social sectors, and support social ventures to scale their solutions and impact.

Selected ventures gain access to £150k in catalytic grant funding with potential for follow-on, 12 weeks of strategic programme support and long-term access to a network of experts and mentors.

The post holder will be responsible for the full management of a world-class acceleration programme for social ventures (NGOs and social enterprises) running bi-annually (twice per year).

The role will shape the accelerator programme's unique positioning in the market, effectively leveraging the resources available across the LSE and its network.

They will lead the management and optimisation of all aspects of the accelerator programme, overseeing the delivery of content and support from programme partners, LSE departments and working with other members of the 100x team.

They will design and manage a meaningful and impactful alumni community to amplify the social ventures and 100x work.

They will contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of 100x impact framework, ensuring a rigorous monitoring and evaluation process is in place for the programme.

We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
