Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner

We are currently recruiting 2 x Nursery Practitioners for our stunning, award winning children's day nursery and preschool in Epsom, in the town centre and a very short walk from the station.

We are seeking individuals who can promote high quality care in a stimulating, happy and rich learning environment which offers wonderful opportunities for all ages of children from 3 months - 5 years.

We are a 90 place setting and invest heavily in out facilities, including smart boards, a separate purpose built baby unit and our very own soft play area.

Main responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse:

Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children's needs.
Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the wellbeing of the children.
Assisting the Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day to day high quality childcare.
Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
Be qualified to Level 2, 3 or equivalent in childcare (highly desirable)
Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS
Early Years Foundation Stages
