We are searching for a Trainer/Quality coordinator to create and develop training programmes for new and existing staff as well as oversee the quality of all products and services that our organization produces/provides.
Trainer/Quality Coordinator Duties
- Assessing staff and department performance to identify skill gaps.
- Preparing presentations, handouts, and learning materials.
- Delivering training and responding to questions.
- Induction for new staff.
- Conducting feedback surveys and researching new teaching methods
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Make recommendations for improvement.
- Create training materials and operating manuals.
- Ensuring Compliance with current regulations.
Trainer/Quality Requirements
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of different teaching methodologies.
- Organisation skills.
- 1 Year of experience working with quality systems
Trainer Duties:
- Develop and implement training for the staff.
- Coordinate, develop, and participate in ongoing training.
- Promote team building by actively participating in staff development.
- Provide necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to employees.
- Identify areas for improving individual and team performance.
- Identify skills gaps and fill them.
- Develop presentations, training materials, and handout materials.
- Provide training guidance and feedback to others.
Trainer Responsibilities:
- Perform technical training tasks, such as reviewing and modifying procedures, troubleshooting, and resolving defects.
- Perform onthejob training to ensure staff are trained correctly.
- Mentor staff in jobspecific tasks and processes.
- Train new staff in company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement training plans.
- Quality assurance
- Completing Customer questionnaires
- Completing GMP
Requirements And Skills:
- Proven experience assisting in the development of training materials and instruction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
