Description

Connections Recruitment is working in partnership with a national property developer to identify a temporary Receptionist for - 2 months.

The role will work with another receptionist supporting the building, managing the front desk area and offices, receiving and assisting visitors and guests.

Meeting & greeting clients at the Reception desk, making them feel welcome and offering refreshments
Answering the telephone and directing calls to the relevant person internally
Dealing with any incoming/ outgoing post
General administrative duties as required
Coordinating meeting rooms

Working hours are between 8am and 5pm - based in the South Gyle area.
