2 Sisters Food Group are recruiting for a driven and organized HR Systems Specialist to join the company during an exciting period of growth and change.

We employ over 13,500 staff across 18 sites in the UK and this HR Systems Specialist role will pay a crucial part in supporting them.

About the Role:

2 Sisters Food Group have recently commenced a major business project to modernise all our HR systems - the aim of this is to enable the business to attract, support and retain a strong and capable workforce but first and foremost to give our colleagues a more friendly and simple digital interaction with us for everyday activities such as holiday and pay.

This project will touch every HR system (Kronos, SAP Success Factors, Payroll) and is a transformation in the true sense.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data and stakeholder management skills to

make their mark on a truly transformational project within a market leading company by joining us as a HR Systems Specialist.

You will have the opportunity to support the project from its inception to implementation.

Working alongside a team of Systems Specialists and our Head of HR Systems and Projects you will act as a key point of support for implementation, data management and user experience.

Duties of the role will include:

Administering system processes across all HR & People Systems
Role based permission management for all HR & People Systems
Document user feedback to support trend spotting in issue resolution, continuous system development and additional functionality requirements
System Testing for changes, additional functionality, and periodic upgrades.
Creation of system related comms and administration of user satisfaction surveys.
First line of support for end users and members of the HR team.
New starter set up and Induction training for all users
HR, Managers, Employees
Manual import / export of employee data for all modules.
Auditing Site data to monitor inaccuracies and missing data

While this is predominantly a remote position, you will need to travel to our various sites regularly and be comfortable visiting our offices to engage with the rest of the team.
