We are looking for an
Area Team Leader who will be responsible for
managing our team of Pest Control Technicians in and around the Inverness area.


Team Leader's play an important role in the smooth running of our business and provide quality leadership within their team to ensure customers receive the best service.

Graham Pest Control is Scotland's largest independent pest control firm based in the heart of Scotland.

What does the role involve:


  • Supervise the daily running of your area.
  • Ensure your team is productive, engaged, motivated and supported.
  • Manage the workload so your area operates effectively and KPI targets are met.
  • Take responsibility for new contracts in your area from start to finish.
  • Communicate with your team and encourage teamwork.
  • Deal with queries and issues from your team, colleagues and customers.
  • Regularly liaise with the Operations Manager on your team's performance.
  • Ensure training, knowledge of procedures and work practices of all your team is maintained.
  • Ensure company core values are upheld at all times.
  • Any other tasks required to assist with the smooth running of the company.

Requirements:

Applicants must hold, as a minimum, RSPH Level 2 Certification

Willing to study for and obtain the BPCA Certificated Advanced Technician (CAT) in Pest Management qualification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hardworking, positive and cando attitude.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £28,500.00 per year
