Full-time contract (35 hours/week)

Open-ended (permanent role)


We are seeking a well organised, professional, approachable and self-motivated
Research Office Administrator to join ERO and provide effective and efficient administrative support to our fast-paced team.

We are looking for a colleague with a "can do" attitude, fast learner and someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment.


The Opportunity
This role will have a specific emphasis on supporting the recruitment and on-boarding processes within our six teams.

Working within a team of three administrators, the post holder will also provide support for other areas of activity including finance, training and events organisation.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Fast learner and able to get up to speed with new systems such as People & Money.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with ability of handling confidential information.
  • Proactivity, initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Event planning and organisation skills.
