Compliance Assistant - Barking, United Kingdom - Bridge of Hope
Description
We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Assistant on behalf of our public sector client based in Barking.The role will be responsible for supporting a Quality & Compliance team with all administrative and business support within the housing department.
Key duties will include:
- Handling and redirecting incoming communications
- Acting as the first line of contact for the department, contractors and stakeholders
- Administration of the database, this information is also used to provide insights to the asbestos surveyor contractors and management so its accuracy is vital to compliance
- Responsible for the day to day administration of the risk database, this database holds all data for fire risk and is used to provide insights to the compliance board and senior management
- Day to day management of the compliance inboxes
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Managing diaries for team members
The role is a hybrid role, with at least 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.
