Position:


Your key responsibilities

• Track delivery progress for customer orders.
• Trigger and raise invoicing based on work completed and customer contractual terms.
• Proactively manage the integrity of the Order Book.
• Respond to queries from internal and external customers.

Requirements:


Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above (essential)

Experience

• Customer service experience (advantageous)
• Software company experience an advantage (advantageous)
• Experience of working in an administrative role (advantageous)
