We have a fantastic opportunity to join Banham as a Supply Chain Analyst/Specialist within our procurement team The role will provide you the opportunity to review current working practices and determine where improvements are required and implement thesewhere applicable.

As an experienced Supply Chain Analyst, you will also have overall accountability and responsibility for stock forecasting, scheduling, supplier management, and Sales & Operational Planning.

Bringing with you knowledge of Data integrity,data analysis and management of an ERP system will be critical to this role and will include on-going planning and forecasting management.

What Can you bring to Banham?
Bringing with you established knowledge and experience working within Supply Chain Analysis you will also be able to:

  • To lead by example and operate and maintain workplace safety and environmental awareness
  • Identify and coordinate improvement opportunities with interdepartmental issues
  • Manage quality issues and returns process with suppliers and internal customers
  • Process, analyse, and satisfy customer demand through the Supply Chain
  • Bring effective communication via relevant teams to manage expectations, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate customer demand into supplier schedules and optimised stockholding levels
  • Manage weekly requirements and ensure adherence to delivery due date
  • Have an excellent understanding of the ERP / MRP system
  • Be familiar with and have an understanding of pull systems and Kanban
  • Knowledge of JIT, MRP, Plan for Every Part, and other modern manufacturing control techniques
  • Able to demonstrate analytical and proven problemsolving ability using known methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail with an exceptional level of accuracy
  • Be highly organized with a mathematical aptitude
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work to tight deadlines
  • Articulate with good verbal and written communication skills
