Kingswood Group are excited to be working with an established business based in North Essex to assist them to recruit a Head of Strategic Marketing.

Working with an engaged team, this role is new to the company and brought about by a period of growth, so a great time to be joining

Working with the current marketing team, key areas to develop include;

  • Developing existing marketing and business intelligence processes and deploy new systems, processes, automations, and integrations
  • Designing and executing productlevel and companywide marketing strategies
  • Generate insights across the business to drive continuous improvement and forecasting
  • Creation of cost models to ensure new ventures are financially grounded
  • Build and implement the data and reporting strategy

Ideal key attributes:


  • Experience in a similar position, predictive modelling or applied statistics
  • Effective communicator
  • Adaptable and able adjust to the needs of a rapidly growing business
  • Approachable with a 'can do' attitude
