We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales professional with knowledge of the RPO world.

The role holds overall responsibility for growth, business development and new sales within a designated market sector and is the key interlink betweensales, service delivery and account management.


Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the growth and development of a specific sectors
  • Developing sales strategy to win new clients
  • Transactional and strategic sales
  • Support customer service team
  • Networking and building customer relationships at C-Suite level
  • Respond to tenders and new business opportunities
  • Leading on presentations
  • Monthly reporting.

Experience required:

  • Track record of success within Perm, Contingent, RPO or MSP and Solutions Sales (statement of work, employed resource or graduates)
  • Designing and leading internal and external presentations
  • Excellent financial and commercial skills with an understanding of contractual risk and financial modelling
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and Software Development terminology
  • Business change processes and transformation industry standards
  • Organised and disciplined
  • Results driven
