Business Development Manager - London, United Kingdom - Recruitment Entrepreneur
Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales professional with knowledge of the RPO world.The role holds overall responsibility for growth, business development and new sales within a designated market sector and is the key interlink betweensales, service delivery and account management.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the growth and development of a specific sectors
- Developing sales strategy to win new clients
- Transactional and strategic sales
- Support customer service team
- Networking and building customer relationships at C-Suite level
- Respond to tenders and new business opportunities
- Leading on presentations
- Monthly reporting.
Experience required:
- Track record of success within Perm, Contingent, RPO or MSP and Solutions Sales (statement of work, employed resource or graduates)
- Designing and leading internal and external presentations
- Excellent financial and commercial skills with an understanding of contractual risk and financial modelling
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and Software Development terminology
- Business change processes and transformation industry standards
- Organised and disciplined
- Results driven
