To be successful in this role, you should have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Primary schools
A cando attitude and the ability to build relationships quickly with strangers
The desire to make a real difference on supply

As a supply teacher, your duties may include:

Delivering pre-planned lessons in line with the national curriculum
Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and needs
Providing feedback and assessments of pupils' progress
Maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment
Communicating effectively with other teachers and support staff
