Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners
• Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role preferred
• Strong knowledge of schematics and blueprints
• Ability to supervise and coordinate tasks with other team members
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical repairs
• Leadership skills to effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Welding experience is a plus
• Customer serviceoriented mindset to ensure tenant satisfaction

Salary:
£14.00-£16.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 35 per week
