RSW is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in the Nursling Southampton who is looking to recruit a Cook to work in their busy kitchen.

The role is available on a short-term temporary contract.


Role:


  • Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
  • Prepares foods to the specifications of the client
  • Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
  • Acts as liaison to frontofhouse employees to ensure proper food service temperature
  • Assist chef during the food assembly process

Pay:

- £12 per hour pm Monday
  • Friday)

Person Specification:


  • Ability to carry out all aspects of the role to a high standard at all times
  • Level 2 food hygiene
  • Excellent social and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Approachable and flexible.
  • Must be able to work on own initiative, and with resilience.
  • The ability to organise workload and multitask.
  • The ability to work without direct supervision.
  • The ability to work as a member of a team
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
