We are actively seeking a dedicated
Team Leader to contribute to our successful service.


Our Manchester service thrives as a dynamic and collaborative team, featuring dedicated staff including a service manager, consultant psychiatrists, medical professionals, caring nurses, attentive healthcare assistants, empathetic recovery staff, dedicated volunteers, efficient administrators, and supportive peer mentors.


Location:
Manchester (based in one of our buildings: Carnarvon Street, Bradnor, Zion Centre, Phoenix Mill, and Mustard Tree)


Hours:
Full-time (37.5 hours per week)


Salary:
£34, £36,635.38 dependent on experience


Responsibilities:


About us:

Our Manchester service provides support for individuals who use our services. Our goal is to empower individuals, providing holistic support and treatment tailored to their needs. We offer both one-to-one and group sessions, along with medical treatments.


The Role:

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of our services in Manchester


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a compassionate staff team, offering support and supervision.
  • Empowering staff to foster hope and create opportunities for service users.
  • Identifying and supporting atrisk individuals and families.
  • Ensuring staff competence in interventions that reduce risks to service users.
  • Leading in the recruitment, selection, and induction of staff.

About You:

To thrive in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Degree level education or extensive experience of working in this sector.
  • Experience in leading health and social care services.
  • Knowledge of legislation surrounding safeguarding.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
