Admin Co-ordinator - Middlesbrough, United Kingdom - CCR
Description
CCR are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in our busy office. Your main duty will be to telephone our customers to schedule deliveries for equipment services for Middlesbrough Council.Shifts:
(37 hours) working from 8:30am until 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
You will need strong IT skills as you will be required to use our bespoke IT system to arrange and coordinate the deliveries.
We need someone who can input information into our IT system as the same time as speaking to our customers on the phone We need someone who is comfortable talking to customers on the phone but also has a real attention to detail to ensure the work is coordinated accurately.
What Experience you will need:
1, Experience in an busy -office / telephone based environment
2, Strong administration / IT skills
3, The role will also involve some reception duties, so any experience would be desirable
