Do you have strong attention to detail? Are you looking to gain experience in an administrative role? Are you organised and happy working independently?

Aerial Direct are hiring an administrator in the Insights and Analytics team and we are looking for someone that can use their keen eye for detail and research skills to help the department.

Working hours are:
Sunday 12:00-17:30 working from home

Monday 07:30-16:30 at Aerial Direct HQ

Tuesday 07:30-16:30 at Aerial Direct HQ

Wednesday 07:30-16:30 at Aerial Direct HQ

Thursday 07:30-16:30 working from home

So what will you be doing?

Reviewing all data coming into the department to ensure it is accurate and any errors are amended
Researching using different tools to add to the data that comes in
Removing any duplicate records
Working with the team to report on the data
Supporting with any departmental administration
Supporting other teams with administrative tasks as and when required

What are we looking for?

Experience isn't important but you
must have excellent attention to detail and a "right first time, every time" approach to tasks
Someone comfortable working independently and often doing repetative tasks
Comfortable learning new things
The ability to use search engines to research and verify any information you find
Experience with MS Office products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
