Premier Properties Perth are looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join our hard-working team and get involved in all aspects of the sales process from the point of instruction to completion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer focused individual to join our professional and friendly team and to help us to drive forward the business.

Negotiate offers - including setting and managing closing dates, arranging viewings/ carrying out viewings, managing enquiries from vendors and buyers, liaise with solicitors, surveyors and photographers.

Advertising sale properties and updating social media channels.

Current or previous experience in estate agency or a sales related role would be desirable but not essential. A full clean driving licence, good level of IT skills and a team player with an ambitious approach.

This post is a permanent full-time contract, with a half day Saturday on a rota basis and the occasional evening.
