Administrator - SharePoint
Watford (WD17)
£15.08 per hour PAYE
Contract until 09/08/2024 with scope for extension
3 days in the Watford office, 2 days working from home
ASAP start
Role Summary:
This is a newly created role that sits within the Property/Architecture team. The team work on architectural designs of new group retail store openings and re-development of the existing portfolio.
This person will be responsible for maintaining the SharePoint system so experience in using it in previous role(s) is essential.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining our SharePoint system of spreadsheets
- Collating documents and drawings as the projects evolve and saving them on our filing structure.
- Issuing out groups of documents to external consultants, after collating them onto our file structure.
- Tracking progress of each consultant / design contractor against programme and chasing info / advising of changes
Essential criteria:
- Experience of using SharePoint
- Administrative experience
- Experience of maintaining electronic filing systems
- Any experience within a design/architectural function is desirable but not essential.
