About the Team


The client service team is responsible for supporting the firm in the delivery of exemplary service to a range of institutional & retail clients consisting of Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, other Corporate & Government entitiesand individual investors across a number of geographic locations.

The firm focuses on delivering tailored client solutions and it places a high degree of importance on the client's experience, therefore, the team's performance is critical to the success ofthe business as a whole.


About the role


This role will work closely with the Client Directors and Investment Professionals from across the business and will add value by being proactive in seeking ways to create efficiencies and implement processes.


Role Accountabilities

  • Project manage account onboardings, client change activities and offboarding's with the client and Insight teams in order to meting client timelines and expectations
  • Provide day to day service for a designated client base including but not limited to processing cashflows, account changes, custodial changes, new instrument setups and client communications
  • Act as point of contact for clients on all account related matters and coordinate internally on required responses and resolutions
  • Coordinate and complete ad hoc reporting, periodic client & consultant due diligence questionnaires and annual audits in line with required deadlines
  • Complete ongoing KYC/AML reviews
  • Participant in and/or lead Insight committee & ad hoc meetings
  • Populate Insight's CRM system, Salesforce, with client information at onboarding and continue to maintain & update account records during the Lifecyle of the client
  • File and organize client documentation into Insight central folders
  • Assist with client meeting preparation and attend meetings as required
  • Implement work in line with agreed team procedures and proactively make suggestions for enhancements and improvements
  • Demonstrate risk awareness and focus on delivering an appropriate control framework around client servicing
  • Develop detailed knowledge of the clients and the environment in which we provide solutions
  • Manage ad hoc projects which may require coordinating with other areas of the firm.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours required:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, credible and capable in meetings and discussions
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Ability to problem solve to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Proven effective use of resources delegation but retention of responsibility
  • Indepth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum Education BS/BA with minimum 25 years of work experience in the investment management industry.
