My client in Wokingham is recruiting for a Part Qualified Accountant to come in and cover end to end accounts.

Description

Proforma and Sales Invoice creation on Sage 50 Cloud Accounts Professional
Credit control
Weekly bank reconciliations
Cash flow forecasting
VAT return submission
Preparation of monthly management accounts and month end accounts
Perform monthly stock reconciliation and valuation
Preparation of full year accounts
Involvement in annual budgeting and forecasting
Placing purchase orders with suppliers
Monitor and maintain the costs of goods sold
Generating financial reports for Directors
Keeping all insurance policies up to date

Profile

Must have experience using Sage
Experience using an eCommerce system
Familiarity with Metorik and AutoEntry is beneficial but not essential
Strong Excel skills, knowledge of core functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.
Proficient and experienced in different finance or accounting systems.
Reliable and Trustworthy with an eye for detail and full understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the handling of sensitive data.
