The Role:

The Marketing Assistant will provide additional support to the marketing team in implementing and executing the company's marketing strategy.


This role will offer a great deal of variety, You'll provide administrative support to the marketing team across various marketing projects.

This will include proofreading and subbing, reporting, researching, and general administrative tasks. As well ashaving the opportunity to support the team with big projects they're working on.

  • Marketing reporting and administration
  • Editorial support, including proofreading and uploading content to our CMS.
  • CMS and CRM maintenance like fixing broken links across the site, updating contacts and data segments for marketing campaign
  • Supporting the Content & Communications Manager with scheduling social content.
  • Managing and distributing customer reviews and stories
  • Help to grow the company's digital output by supporting multimedia content creation for internal and external use.
  • Assisting with the smooth running of all events, including hosted events, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Supporting the wider team with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the marketing strategy

Skills needed:


  • 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
  • Techsavvy and proficient with numbers the ability to collect and understand data.
  • Some working knowledge of updating a CMS, Google Analytics, and the Microsoft Suite.
  • An understanding of best practices and the latest trends in digital marketing.
  • Excellent written skills and razorsharp attention to detail.
