Internal Client Management and Support Administrator- Manage client issues and maintain excellent client relationships
- respond to client calls
- handling administration tasks for the company's client accounts
- liaison with in house engineers to support client configuration and issue resolution
- client onboarding
- Client site analysis
- pro-active liaison with clients on system and site improvements
- participate in the SDR ('Stale Data Reporting') process and provide cover for colleagues
- Post installation and service
- manage internal client site configuration
- manage internal administrator tasks for client sites
- Client Training
- Prepare documentation
- Run Client Training Sessions (via Google Meet/Teams/Zoom)
- On occasion, you may be required to visit client sites
- Client satisfaction surveys
- Team dynamics
- Attending team meetings with active participation
- KPI's to management
- Suggestions for improvements within the organisation
- Other tasks as may from time to time be required including cover for colleagues such as Stock Handling support
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30am17:30pm

£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
