    Specialty Doctor in Psychiatry


    We are recruiting for a Specialty Doctor in Psychiatry to join our community-based Adult Eating Disorders Service, delivering specialist care to a diverse population across Wiltshire and Swindon.


    • Provide specialist psychiatric input to an established community Adult Eating Disorders Service, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support assessment, treatment planning and ongoing care.
    • Work closely with the Consultant Psychiatrist and MDT colleagues, offering psychiatric expertise, contributing to risk management discussions, and supporting coordinated care with primary care, acute hospitals and other mental health services.
    • Participate in regular MDT meetings referral discussions service planning maintain high-quality clinical records preparing reports under consultant supervision participate teaching service development audit quality improvement activities.
      • Take part in home-based on-call rota senior medical advice consultant support available contribute multidisciplinary working teach supervise audit improve services
