Job Title:
Trainer/Assessor - Trade Counter, Warehouse and Customer Service

Location:
Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across the South of England

Salary:
£34,000 (Inclusive of car allowance)

Duties:

Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Trade Counter; Warehousing; Customer Service and Business Admin.
Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level
Observe learners remotely, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.
Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Essential Criteria:

Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Ideally have experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Trade Counter; Warehousing; Customer Service and Business Admin (this is not essential, as our client is happy to upskill).
Must hold occupational experience of working within a Trade Counter/Warehouse setting.
Good level of ICT skills.
Happy with remote delivery.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
