Job Purpose:


To ensure the provision of an accurate, efficient and effective administration, secretarial, prescribing and clinical appointment & record keeping service for the CYP Service Team.

To act as a single point of contact within BWW Mind for partner agencies working with CYP Service.


To be supportive of the CYP Service Team and Service Director in communicating Service User information within the department and to other agencies internal to BWW Mind and externally.

To support Service Director and the Clinical Lead with monthly reporting and policy reviews.

Hybrid working - WFH/23 Monck Street, London, SW1P 2AE


We have a job opportunity available for part-time (19 hours per week) Administrator in our Mental Health Support Team (MHST)

We are looking for:


Someone who will ensure the provision of an accurate, efficient and effective administration, secretarial and record keeping service for the MHST.

We are looking for someone who has experience in supporting a Senior Team in a similar organisation and experience or an interest in working in Mental Health and Wellbeing.

The training and service experience will equip the post holder with the necessary knowledge, attitude and capabilities to operate effectively in an inclusive, value driven service.


You will:


Act as a single point of contact within BWW Mind for partner agencies working with MHST as well as providing support with monthly reporting and policy reviews.

In addition, the post-holder will be the link to referrals from schools in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and enter the referral details onto our clinical database.
