We are delighted to be recruiting to the Associate Director role in the South Network, following the current post holder being successful in a recent interview to lead the community transformation programme within PCFT.

We are seeking a compassionate systems leader to join our team to work dynamically as part of a triumvirate. The post holder will provide operational and strategic leadership across a care hub within the South network.


Reporting to the Network Director of Operations, the post holder will play a key role in shaping and operationally managing services in the care hub, working within the direction set by the Network Triumvirate and in collaboration with the Care Hub Triumvirate.

This will ensure that services support the delivery of the Trust's 5-year Strategy, as well as the requirements of the relevant Locality Plan and the Long-Term Plan.

The post holder will provide operational and strategic leadership across a specific care hub.

Mental Health Associate Director posts will provide overall management and leadership to the mental services within their care hub ensuring they are clinically led, operationally partnered and academically informed.
