We have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Project Administrators with relevant expertise gained within a Property, Construction or Infrastructure Consultancy, to join our growing Project Management Team in London.
You will work with, and support, our Project & Programme Management Team on large scale, multi-million-pound projects within both the Public and Private Sectors.
This role is looking for professionals preferably from a UK Consultancy environment.You will have the opportunity to grow your career by working on multi-disciplinary Public Sector, Higher Education, Healthcare and Private Sector Commercial Developments.
A typical week would include:
- Working within a Team, you will be supporting project teams in the delivery of major multidisciplinary projects.
- Engaging with Clients, Internal and External Consultants, and Specialist Suppliers
- Proving administration support to Project and Design Team meetings, in the preparation of reports, minutes, and other documented deliverables
- Support project teams with their deliverables with regards to project controls, formatting and workflow processing.
- Support the team with general administration tasks to facilitate the delivery of the project.
- Supporting the Project Management commissions to achieve safe, sustainable and efficient outcomes that meet agreed profit and client satisfaction objectives
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, peers and others who are influential in providing future business.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- An ambition to develop a career within a leading international organisation;
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Publisher along with good knowledge of other administration tools.
- Capable of achieving security clearances.
- Knowledge of project control processes;
- Experience, working either as a client, consultant or contractor, in public and/or private sector environments;
