We're recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for an exciting company who are experiencing consistent growth.We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor/ Collections Administrator to be the first point of contact to resolve complex issues and create repayment plans with customers.
This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to join a rapidly growing company with an exciting future and prospects.
Key responsibilities:
- Discuss and agree sensible repayment plans with customers
- Ensure all data and conversations are recorded in line with policies and procedures
- Display strong communication skills when speaking with vulnerable customers
- Show empathy and understanding, whilst remaining focused on the customer journey and experience
Training will be office based so you must be located within reasonable distance or willing to travel to our client just outside of Banbury. Travel expenses for any successful applicants that live 10 or more miles away is available.
You must be aged 18, due to the nature of the contracts, a CRB check and credit check will be required as a condition of your employment with the client.
