Job Purpose
RJR Group are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to support the delivery of projects in the civil engineering and building operation.
- Excavation by working with machine operators or with hand tools
- Concreting
- Drain laying
- Stoning up
- Stripping out works
- Demolition
- Steel fixing
- Steel erecting
- Erecting formwork
- Operating plant from time to time
- Using plant and small tools
- Other associated activities according to management instructions.
This role holder will be:
- An adaptable ground worker, a true team player.
- Able to read and interpret drawings
- Able to set out lines and levels form stations set by an engineer.
- A CSCS card holder
- Streetworks qualified (ideally).
- Be able and willing to work away from home during the week (if needed)
- Able to obtain an advanced DBS clearance.
- Responsible for vehicle checks as prescribed
- Competent Cat and Genny operator (trained).
- Qualified and competent in construction plant operation (dumpers, minor excavation works etc).

Pay:
£13.00-£16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
