About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to coordinate complex tender submissions and lead a small team of associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tender processes within healthcare, with familiarity with NHS procurement being advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will oversee end-to-end tender and bid processes, ensuring legal and procedural compliance. They will champion Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Sustainability, and Social Value within the tender process, aligning submissions with evolving market expectations.
This role is based in our Winnersh office but requires remote working due to fast-paced nature of healthcare industry requirements during emergencies or as defined by business needs . For most roles we require 4 days presence per week for smoother operations
