Working Hours:4on 4off 07:00-19:00
Salary:
£28,500 per annum

Development Details:
This role will be based at a residential development located in close to Vauxhall and 9 Elms stations. This position will be working in a team where the development consists of 6 blocks and c.800 apartments. The development also benefits from a car park, residents cinema and golf room.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors. Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
