What You'll be Doing Each Day:1) Visa support - Assist in general practice in the exercise of visa sponsorship and UK visa functions as a visa sponsor

2) Payment tasks - Perform various calculations, posting and payment tasks associated with payroll and other operations related to the Department (mainly includes using the SAP system and Excel)

3) Payroll tasks - Support salary and allowance payment duties for Japanese expats in selected continental European countries(mainly includes using the SAP system and Excel)

4) Others - Undertake other general administration-related tasks required for the operation of the team

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

Must have fluency in both Japanese and English
Must have previous experience using SAP accounting systems
Proficient in the use of MS Excel (using formulas, pivot tables, Sum IFs, V Look ups, calculations, macro)
Have a sense of maths, numbers
Previous accounts admin experience, calculating tax, payroll experience would help
