We are recruiting for a very capable and enthusiastic Senior Support Administrator to join our client based in St Albans
You will be working alongside a friendly, hardworking and professional team, responsible for providing administrative and client support to a senior-level team members.

Salary:
£30k-£35k, depending on experience

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining their diary, booking all meetings and accepting / declining diary requests
- Providing information and data as requested, including analysis where required
- Managing and maintaining their workflow
- Act as point of contact for executives / clients / other parties
- Make travel arrangements as and when required
- Coordinating and contributing to internal client team meetings
- Building / maintaining effective relationships with clients and other key contacts
- Format information and documentation for internal and external communication
- Screen and direct phone calls, internal and external
- Adhere to office administration filing protocols
- Preparing minutes templates
- Organising meetings (dates, venues, invites) and coordinate attendance
- Drafting agendas, producing template
- Maintaining various logs and registers (conflicts, gifts, training, matters arising etc)
What the employer is looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar administration role, ideally some PA/EA experience from a corporate and professional environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective relationship building
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Confident MS Office knowledge
- Meeting agreed timescales with flexibility
