Description
We are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team in London.

This role will involve working with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to source and recruit top-quality teachers, support staff, and educationprofessionals.


Responsibilities:


  • Building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions in the London area
  • Providing advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends
  • Managing the endtoend recruitment process, including arranging interviews, negotiating offers, and conducting reference checks
  • Keeping uptodate with industry trends and market changes to provide the best possible service to clients

Requirements:


  • A degree in Education or a related field would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A passion for working in the education sector and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students
  • A keen interest in the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and develop your skills in this area
