In a nutshell

As an Insights Executive working in the Customer Satisfaction Insight team, you will be responsible for managing our satisfaction trackers across all our brands.

You will also work closely with the Insight Manager to set up any new trackers required.

We run our satisfaction trackers as an in-house research function and this role will play a key role of or setting up, monitoring and reporting on data from the programme.

What you need to do
Manage the surveys that are used to measure satisfaction across all our brands and channels

This will include:
Ensuring the data quality and validity of the programme i.e. sample sizes and data collection methods are robust. Responses are of high quality and the experience is optimised for respondents.

Making sure we are asking the right questions to meet stakeholders needs

Proactively identifying areas of improvement for the programme and prioritising areas for change. Where needed, run trials i.e methodology changes, adding new questions

Ensuring stakeholders are engaged with and kept up to date on any programme changes

Stay up to date on the best practices and industry standards for customer satisfaction measurement

Lead on and work with the Insight Managers to launch any new programmes internally. Thinking specifically about communication and relationship building

Consistently champion the evolution of all our satisfaction programmes to land ongoing improvements in line with best practice and stakeholder need

Build strong relationships with our internal teams who help us deliver the programme. This will include marketing teams who send out the survey invites, tech teams who import the data into our reporting tools and analytics teams who help us output the data to stakeholders

What you need to know
Experience in quantitative questionnaire design is essential

An understanding of survey tools - Qualtrics is ideal but not essential

An ability to analyse data form surveys to make sure they are optimised and delivering meaningful Insights

Knowledge of microstrategy ideal but not essential

Experience in effectively managing multiple projects

There are many ways to have acquired these skills and this knowledge, so there are no specific qualifications required. However, experience at a research agency may be a benefit

What you need to show
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

A highly organised, independent, and proactive approach to work.

Great attention to detail, even when working on multiple projects concurrently

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

An articulate and persuasive communication style

What decisions I can make
You'll need to proactively manage your own time and you'll be accountable for judging any issues in the tracker and flagging to the right people, along with proactively managing any improvements and conducting trials for any changes
